Information SheetGenius handles
SheetGenius is operated by SheetGenius, Inc. You can browse public pages and example worksheets without creating an account.
Account information
When you create an account directly, SheetGenius collects your email address and password credentials. If you use Google sign-in, SheetGenius receives the account details Google returns, such as your email address, name, and profile image.
Learning content and preferences
SheetGenius stores the prompts and worksheet settings you submit, the learning materials it generates, and quiz answers or feedback you choose to save. It also stores account settings such as notification preferences. The iPhone app may provide installation details, an app version, and a push-notification token when you enable those features.
Payments and support
Stripe processes paid subscriptions. SheetGenius stores subscription status and related billing identifiers, but it does not receive your full card number. If you contact support, SheetGenius receives the information you include in that message.
How information is used
SheetGenius uses this information to authenticate accounts, generate and save learning materials, provide quiz feedback, manage subscriptions, deliver requested notifications, answer support questions, and keep the service reliable and secure.
Worksheet generation and quiz assessment use OpenAI. SheetGenius sends OpenAI the prompt, selected settings, and relevant worksheet or answer content needed for that request. Do not include sensitive personal information in a prompt. Review generated material before using it with a class or learner.
Service providers and disclosure
Depending on the features you use, information is processed by service providers including Stripe for payments, OpenAI for generation and assessment, Google for analytics and optional sign-in, SendGrid for email delivery, and Apple for iPhone push notifications.
SheetGenius may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of company assets. SheetGenius does not sell personal information to third parties for their marketing or advertising.
Your choices
You can change your password, notification preferences, and subscription through the account surfaces provided for those features. You can also permanently delete your account from account settings.
Deleting an account removes the account and its worksheets from the active product. Billing records, security and operational logs, backups, and records needed for legal or accounting purposes may be retained.

Security
SheetGenius uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect account information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Keep your login information private and contact support if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
Children
The service is available only to individuals who have the capacity to form legally binding contracts under the law applicable to these terms. SheetGenius does not target its offerings toward, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, users under 13 years of age, or under 16 years of age in the EU or EEA. If SheetGenius learns that it has collected such information, it will delete it.
