SheetGenius is a service operated by SheetGenius, Inc. These terms govern your access to and use of the website, applications, content, functionality, and services offered by SheetGenius, whether you are a visitor or a registered user.
Accounts
You may browse public pages and materials without an account. An account is required to create, save, or manage your own materials and to use other account features.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping its login information secure. Notify SheetGenius promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.
Use of the service
You may use SheetGenius only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service:

- To impersonate SheetGenius, a SheetGenius employee, another user, or another person or entity.
- To restrict another person's use of the service or to expose SheetGenius or its users to harm or liability.
Termination and cancellation
SheetGenius may terminate or suspend access to all or part of the service, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. You can delete your account from account settings. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions; deleting an account attempts to cancel any active subscription before removing the account.
Changes to the service and these terms
SheetGenius may change the service and these terms. If SheetGenius makes a material change to these terms, it may notify account holders by email or post a prominent notice on the website. A new version will identify its updated date on this page.
